Project Management

On the surface, it may seem like project management unnecessary overhead for smaller projects but even the smallest of projects requires good project management. It can be simple and doesn’t have to take a lot of time but the project needs to be carefully analysed, risks need to be identified and proper planning needs to be put into place.

The need for great project management is exponentially more important when dealing with multiple sites, third party environments, installation in environments where day to day operations are still in progress etc. Each additional requirements multiply complexity and so it requires a little more time up front to ensure the entire project is planned out carefully.

A few hours spent at the beginning of the project will save the project from days or weeks of delay later.

At L Squared, each project, no matter how small has an experienced project manager assigned. The project manager’s function is to plan, identify risks and ensure that all stake holders are notified of status and any issues. The project manager is ultimately responsible for delivering the project on-time and on budget.
